This is the article in our local paper (The Gateway Beacon). If you click on it twice, it'll get big enough so you can actually read it. It's written about so calmly. At the time, it was not very calm at all. But the best part was that NO ONE, not one person was hurt. Amazing when you consider the weight of the 8 ton air conditioning unit flying through the air, and the fact that propane gas was flowing INTO the school.
I saw the glaziers at school yesterday. There have been insurance people up on the roof taking pictures and it looks weird to see people up on the roof with cameras. Scary weird.
Rested today and it felt GOOD! Christmas either will or won't get done, and frankly I'm hard up to care. I'm just thankful that I had a day to myself to rest. I'm over my cold and enjoyed having Miss Jewel for her very first sleep-over last night. What a cutie pie. She's so coquettish naturally. What a darling. After she went to sleep, one of my cats (Chelsea) snuggled up next to her so that they were back-to-back. I don't know if Chelsea was claiming her as her own, or just a sucker for another warm body to snuggle up to. I thought it was sweet. Romeo always sleeps at my feet. Chelsea always sleeps by MY side. So I suppose I should be jealous that Chelsea is so fickle. Heh.

Loved your commment. Exactly - I hate all the sappy life turns out perfect and every body gets what they want in the end Lifetime Christmas movies. Who's life is like that?! Certainly not mine, lol. The Grinch who Stole Christmas is my favorite one, lol. Even though it has a happy ending. ha.
